• We do not offer delivery service to customer.  It is customers’ responsibility to arrange their order collection.  Customers are advised to use collection services such as Grab or Lalamove.  You can find out more details using the following links:

Return & replacement policy

• All goods sold are not refundable.

 

• If goods have been consumed, used or damaged by the customer, there will be no replacement/exchange.

 

• If goods need a replacement/exchange, please contact our sales team within 3 days.  Please note that we can only offer replacement/exchange if the following conditions are met.

  • Goods return are undamaged, intact and with the original packaging.

  • Customer must present the sales receipt issued by us.

  • Any damage or deterioration of the goods caused by improper use, improper storage or human negligence does not entitle for replacement/exchange.
